Qi Gong
Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Kung) is an ancient Taoist exercise that utilizes the breath for relaxation and enhancement of the reproductive organs. Qi Gong literally means, "Energy Cultivation," and refers to exercises which improve health and longevity as well as increase the sense of harmony within oneself.
